We want you to feel at ease during your first visit to our office. That’s why we make sure everything – from the first phone call to filing your insurance – is as smooth and convenient as possible. We understand you may be experiencing discomfort, and we always do our very best to be accommodating and caring.
First Visit Experience
Your first visit actually starts with a phone call. We listen carefully to you to understand exactly what your trouble is. If your situation is serious or your pain is severe, we will go out of our way to get you worked in the day you call. If you can wait, we will schedule you as soon as possible. Because we are an urgent dental facility, we will do whatever it takes to get you in our office and out of pain. Once you are with us, we immediately go into action. We try not to keep you waiting and work to make you comfortable. We review your referral and explain your needed procedure in detail showing you what to expect during and after treatment. Of course, we take the time to answer any and every question you might have for an educational, worry-free experience.

Amenities & Comforts
This is a safe and caring environment, and we prove it by catering to you in every way – right down to the details. We start by soothing your senses with our beautiful, clean environment, designed to alleviate stress and help you relax. We invite patients to take comfort with a blanket and relieve extra stress with a neck pillow. We also have TVs on the ceiling and headphones to take your mind off your procedure and keep you entertained. Most importantly, we put you in control of the pace of treatment. We stop for as many breaks or rests as needed.
Payment Options and Insurance
Keeping endodontic treatment as affordable as possible is one of the ways we go the extra mile for our patients. We always give you a copy of your treatment plan, and the associated fees, up front. There are no hidden costs.
While we accept all insurances, we do not participate as providers. If you have dental insurance, please feel free to call us or come in for a consultation, and we will help you understand how to use your insurance benefit to your best advantage.
We also offer 6 month, 0% interest financing through CareCredit, and take all major credit cards, as well as cash or check.
